1. My association with Sampark Foundation is under the Sampark Young Leader Internship Program 2024.
2. My internship relationship is the only defined relationship between me & the organization, and I am not an employee of Sampark Foundation yet. As such, the organization is not required to provide salary, or benefits, including insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, PF, ESI and Gratuity.
3. This internship program is for minimum 3 month up to 1 year.
4. I agree to do up to 2 school visits daily and up to 40 school visits in a month.
5. I agree that I will be paid Rs. 150/- per school visit to cover my time and expenses for this internship.
6. I agree that I shall not at any time, in any way publicly disparage, call into disrepute, defame, slander or criticise the organisation.
7. Subject to my satisfactory completion of the internship I would receive a certificate.
8. The internship assignment may be terminated at any time by Sampark Foundation.

All the personal data input by the candidate will not be shared with any other organisation and will only be used to shortlist candidates for the Sampark Young Leader Internship Program 2024.
